FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you start working for us?

The maximum time for mobilizing the team to the project does not exceed 2 weeks from the moment of signing the contract, usually it is shorter.
In exceptional situations, we inform the client about an extended deployment time during initial discussions.
As for consultations themselves, we use simplified formalities and the consultant is available within a few days.

And how much does such a project cost?

The cost of the project starts from several thousand PLN. Currently, the entry threshold for process automation is minimal. It is worthwhile for even a small company to organize its processes from the beginning.
A few years ago it was different, business processes were a topic for large companies and were served by large consulting firms. LOWCODE and the availability of mature process platforms, such as WEBCON and APPIAN, have changed the rules of the game in favor of the client.

How can we ensure that the new system is not treated as a toy and is effectively utilized within the company?

At BPMRIDERS, we not only automate processes on LOWCODE platforms, but also support the client in implementing change within the organization. We begin by applying several "tricks" on the platform to make it more user-friendly, and provide periodic training and Q&A meetings to pass on knowledge about building process awareness.
Additionally, our team includes a Success Manager responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the platform at the client site.

How are our data and the entire environment secured?

We typically use and recommend implementing process solutions in the Microsoft Azure cloud. This ensures the security of both the solution itself and its data storage, as both are guaranteed by Microsoft. Additionally, Microsoft has the necessary European certificates, which we can provide upon request. The configuration of services is also done according to strict Microsoft recommendations by us.

How much time does my department have to spend on implementation? I'm afraid we don't have much time now.

Process automation REQUIRES a high degree of involvement from the client side. This requires involvement on several levels: decision-making, substance, and employees' readiness for training and workshops with a new tool. Client involvement is a critical element, and its absence is the biggest risk in the project.

We want to automate processes using a different technology. Can you complete a project on a different platform?

NO, we use ONLY mature platforms with a long history of successful implementations. At the moment, we are not planning to expand our offer beyond WEBCON, APPIAN and POWERBI.

Do you have a large enough team to serve us?

We do not sign implementation agreements if we do not have employees who will engage in the project.
Sometimes we can start with one person and add more to the team as new topics arise.

Will the same people we have been talking to since the beginning work with us on the project?

It is very likely, however, during the determination of the project team, it may turn out that other or additional people will ultimately take part in the project. For example, due to their availability at the client's location or simply their knowledge of the industry.

Will the originally assumed project costs not increase several times?

We have extensive experience in process automation, which allows us to identify implementation risks and work with clients to minimize them. It is rare for us to see significant cost increases in our projects. In fact, we have worked with clients to adjust project goals and scope to fit their budget, resulting in successful projects without any major budget increases.

What technologies and solutions do you use for implementations?

We rely SOLELY on mature and proven solutions.
For process automation, we use the WEBCON platform, a Polish manufacturer with high quality confirmed by dozens of implementations, as well as the APPIAN platform, the number 1 LOWCODE process platform in the world according to the Gartner magic quadrant.
We do not use niche solutions or startup approaches to building processes.
For data analytics, we use the Microsoft POWERBI platform, a mature and constantly developing service.

Isn't it too serious a tool for an 8-person company? These processes...?

Process management is important for companies of all sizes. Companies that do not invest in organizing processes from the beginning may face higher costs later on, especially when reorganizing teams or when trying to scale.
The minimum entry threshold for process automation means that companies should start managing their processes from the moment they are established.
If you have a growing startup, investing in process automation can be beneficial.

We already have the WEBCON platform, but it doesn't work as we imagined. Our people don't use it... can you check why?

YES, we understand that having the right tool is only part of the equation for success. We have seen examples of bad implementations in the past. We can conduct a short audit, help define the vision and implementation roadmap, set a plan, and help with a second approach that will lead to success.
